“Long Time” 1978 Hunter 30’
The Hunter 30 was a Cherubini design and is the first generation 30 footer and has always had a good following because of her sailing appeal and interior accommodations. She has a deck-stepped masthead rig, 2GN Yanmar diesel inboard, and lots of accommodations including sleeping for 6. There is a forepeak cabin with a double berth which closes off to the rest of the boat. Just aft there is a private head to port and hanging locker across. In the main salon there is a dinette which converts to a double and a settee berth on the starboard side. A quarter berth is on the port side along with a seat for the navigation table. Opposite on the starboard side is the U-shaped galley. There is standing headroom throughout the interior, which is trimmed in teak with a Plasteak sole.
